Fun fact: the character idea of an eelektross turned human wielding a taser has been in my mind for a long while, even dating before the original Switch of Charge (2024).
I'll admit that I made Sparrow's name on the spot the past week, but the taser idea was in my mind even with the original.

Basically did this one just for fun. I mean, all of this is hobby work, but I try to keep a 3 month schedule for TF works with at least 1 in between, and this one is overtime in that regards.
