The more I think (unwillingly) about the use of AI, the more I want to separate out (a) AI tech and (b) AI as a plagiarism service. The pitfalls of (b) are clear and unethical and morally bad.
But I could have a conversation about running ethically-trained models, locally. Still dubious though.
