NEWS: Virginia Dems have filed a motion asking the Supreme Court of Virginia to delay issuing its mandate striking down the congressional redistricting referendum.
The filing states the Commonwealth intends to file an emergency petition with the U.S. Supreme Court of seeking review of the decision.
