Right now - and every June 6th at 644pm - the Bedford Courthouse bell tolls 20 times, once for each of the Bedford Boys who died on D-Day in order to defeat fascism and win WWII. Let us never forget the cause for which they fought and the ultimate sacrifice they gave.
The High Bridge Trail 5k this weekend was one of the most beautiful I’ve ever run - and first since foot surgery last year. I’m planning to do 5k’s across the 5th, so let me know if there’s one near you!
