The last increase in Wisconsin's resident annual fishing license fee was in 2005. It's been $20 ever since. Think about the inflation that's occurred since 2005, let alone 2020. Not hard to see why the state is running a $16M shortfall in the fish & wildlife account. www.wpr.org/news/politic...
