Pro tip if you're visiting London. Don't pay a fortune to go to the top of The Shard or on the London Eye. Go to Horizon 22. It's at 22 Bishopsgate, not far from Liverpool Street or Bank stations. It's free and you can book tickets on the day on the door as long as they have availability.
