The problem is that people *like* the fascist qualities. so of course the hitler analogies don’t turn them off.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t take this creeping fascism very very seriously. It means the reverse.
I wish academics would stop doing this insipid punditry. If people are acting like Nazis I'm going to call them Nazis!
