Second week of half marathon training completed! Focused on strength training for my knee and interval runs Some small victories; running my quickest 5km at 31 minutes, and also running 7.5km for 50 minutes! Steady progress, and seeing small improvements everywhere! #running #halfmarathon #bluesky
