Wrote an optimized city rendering system, still WIP so its full of blemishes. But I'm VERY proud on how it looks at the moment.

just slapped 10 enemies with poorly made pathfinding in to see how it felt performance wise and didn't notice much of an impact. they also can be killed now instead of Just Standing There.
