after creating a new ticket (again), i'm being told that i may just straight up never be able to access this account again. they will not admit fault and are insisting that the support team cannot change the email on somebody's account even though that's pretty clearly what happened. cool.

discord just replied to my over a month old ticket that they left abandoned, from while my account was hacked.
they have removed my access to my own account.
after i had already recovered it fully AND recovered my support account, both thanks to different tickets.
this company is fucking awful.
