No. Unscientific opinion, but just no. I use Anthropic models as well as Kimi, GLM and Deepseek. The Chinese models land somewhere between Sonnet and Opus capability in practical terms. Closer to Sonnet than Opus. Fine for a lot of use cases. But not close to being on a par with the frontier models.
