The problem with Looksmaxxing is that everyone ages and most people gain weight (which is not a problem but goes against the standards of Looksmaxxing). So if you're setting yourself up IN YOUR 20's to be among the best-looking people on Earth, that's gonna be a hard life in the spotlight.
Brentalfloss took off when I was at my thinnest and most fit, and I struggled for YEARS with the guilt (yes "guilt") of gaining weight and filling out. My eating was at times nigh disordered, and I sucked in my gut until my back hurt.
Thank god I'm 42 and have accepted my more jolly current size.
