"HR lady" is such a weird slur. especially since my experience with HR ladies is to side with and protect shitty bosses.
in real life, HR ladies are the ones who are largely the face of excusing and minimizing abuse at work
not to get too into my career on main but I am desperate to talk to someone else who is critical of the ways that many forms of chaplaincy are deeply intertwined with the u.s. military and with christian hegemony. if you happen to have thoughts on this please feel free to dm me!
