my anxiety has been so bad it's unbearable. I started Buspar this weekend, it felt like it started working right away... until my second dose today, back to ruminating and physical anxiety feelings. I know I need to give it time, but I'm so tired of being anxious all the time

hopefully my terrible work schedule explains why i've had so much difficulty with things. I'm really excited to work on recovering my energy with cutting my work hours. between toys, ttrpgs, and mycology, i've really not invested as much time as ive wanted to in hobbies with my exhaustion

I've been working 7 days a week for nearly 2 years (excluding holidays and the one off sick day), and holy fuck please no one else do this. I thought I would ride out the burnout until I transfer, but my body is giving up. I'm working with my boss so I can stop working 60 hour weeks

WEEELLLP, I finally got a timeline for my job swap. I'll be transferring away from blue collar work into white collar work in August! that means I will absolutely need to do some toy sales. my mental should hopefully improve from the job change. regardless, I think I'm done working seven days a week
