Finally, I may get catharsis for my hatred of the 1929 Permanent Apportionment Act. I’ve been asking for 500 districts (avg 10 per state), with multimember allotment depending on population density. Cities deserve to run the House the way land runs the Senate.

Today, Rep. Marie Gluesenkamp Perez proposed a new task for to look at electoral reforms which could break up the two party system in Congress, expand the number of House districts, and move the House to a form of proportional representation.
It's a very, very good idea.
