Just when I thought I had 22 minute hard corps on lock the first 2 to 3 weeks it threw me a curve ball with resistance 3 and cardio 3. 22 minutes is easy to get through though. By the time I know it the workout is over and don't feel like I have to rush through the rest of my morning.
