I grew up one town over—Rochester suburbs.
This bullshit isn’t confined to red states. Reactionaries are attempting to push queer folks out of public life everywhere.
People like Kaepernick are pushing AI in public education under the guise of “equity,” but the reality is that students in elite private schools still get to read real books, whereas in public schools students are being subjected to AI & tech under the false guise of “justice.”
Amid all the hand-wringing about progressives not having a compelling vision of masculinity, it strikes me that being a good dad has never been more liberal/left-coded in the US than it is today.
