it costs us over £600 a month to have our 3yr old in nursery full time and that’s after the free working parent hours and tax free childcare but yeah it’s probably the phones
I tend to think that too much of this is based on some nostalgic view of childhood by people who didn't grow up with the internet and social media failing to grasp the world has moved on and for many young people it can provide genuine safe and supportive communities for them to be themselves. 2/2
I'm not against ensuring there are better protections for young people online, but as per usual Starmer has gone the wrong way. As it stands, it looks likely Labour's reform's will see young people excluded from supportive communities and genuine help and advice. 1/2
