It was a privilege to be able to present at the @unimoredh.bsky.social Summer School this summer. Thank you to the organisers (Marina Bondi & Silvia Cavalieri), the wider team, my fellow speakers, and all the PhD students who attended for making it an exciting and engaging few days!
Thanks also to Ana Bocorny and Rozane Rebechi at UFRGS for inviting me to spend some time in Porto Alegre, and share work on AI and contrastive linguistics, and meet with facutly and students there, among other things!
Excited to be in São Paulo at PUC-SP, giving a talk on GenAI and Applied Linguistics. Thank you Tony Berber Sardinha for the invitation! It's been a pleasure to meet the team and learn about all the corpus and discourse work happening here! View of sunny São Paulo below ☀️

Really very excited to be starting a new role from 1st July as a PDRA at University of Exeter. I will be working with parents of children with ARFID to co-produce video materials for a pilot intervention, building on the skills and knowledge I gained working on the EDIFY project.
