Thing that took 90 minutes & 3 customer service reps to answer today: If you have AT&T, you have to have your phone completely paid off to be able to use an eSIM. You'd think that would be the 1st thing they'd check! #GuessWhosSwitchingCarriersAfterIrelandTrip
