This was also my reaction to discovering there were only two Steen / Omega matches, a late 09 PWG one and an early 10 ROH one. Some random Canadian indy did a four team match with them on opposite teams, kind of assumed there was a lot more wacky Canadian indy booking going on than I guess there was

Saw WWE vault recently uploaded a 2005 Punk / Danielson match from FIP. Seems weird they only had four indy matches. ROH only ran it once (?), PWG never ran it. IWA only ran it once. Surprised there weren't random promoters like JAPW or IWC booking it just to book it by 2004.
