Ally Maki and Keanu Reeves both voice characters in Toy Story 4. I know Keanu is white passing, mixed race, and currently only holds Canadian citizenship (though his father was American), but I’m not sure how you can disqualify Ms Maki’s appearance to make the highlighted assertion.
