Two former employees of the Guzman y Gomez restaurant company have filed what they hope will become a class action lawsuit on behalf of all the workers let go when the company closed it nine USA restaurants with, according to the suit, no official notice.
All of those restaurants are in the Chicago area and one is in Evanston.
