Latest batch of originals came out really pretty. I am keen to paint them!
Oh how I laughed at other gunpla guys saying they were going to just paint their space bases space as i prepared to sculpt a debris field, what idiots. What a silly idea.
Until I painted one and discovered they were right, and I was the fool.

Instead of painting thin blue veins, I painted sloppy blue lines, then used dots of Wraithbone and Pallid Wytch Flesh to dot in around the blue lines.
This technique was inspired by the Jack Kirby’s famous dots.
