Back on the online therapy today. This time it's DBT or Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (presumably one step on from CBT*). Two hours on Teams in a group so you can't say anything that might upset the others. And there's homework too, so that'll keep me out of trouble

Look, I honestly didn't mean to say to the woman running the therapy session that her opening mindfulness exercise was "embarrassing and infantile" but following her putting her hands on her head and waving them around on camera with 10 strangers isn't exactly relaxing to a natural born introvert..>
