Think I kind of freaked out my wife when she mentioned that a friend of hers was using AI to compose emails for a group they participated in. I basically said, if people can't engage their brains enough to write something as simple as a fucking email, we're doomed as a species. 🙄

As an almost-exclusively software guy, I pretty much always leave any hardware-related stuff to the proper authorities. So feeling pretty good about the fact that I fixed two separate car issues this weekend on my own (replaced battery in one, fixed broken brake pedal in the other).
One of my favorite songs of all time, both to sing and to experience, which I got the chance to record with the Seattle Bach Choir just before the pandemic in the lovely Holy Rosary church in West Seattle.
