Rodolphus laughed, hands in his pockets. He laughed, loudly.
“You’re funny,” shouted Rodolphus back. “Go fucking get her. I know she’s in there! I’m freezing out here!”

Sirius blinks in surprise as he wasn't expected to be spotted by Rodolphus so quickly before glaring back at him.
He opens up the window that is in front of him and shouts out to the intruder.
"Hey! Get out of here, Lestrange! Bellatrix is not here!"
He lies through his teeth.

Aware he was being watched, he glanced up at the window. Cute, he thought. The kid is watching him. He smirked and waved.

Sirius looks out through his window to see Rodolphus Lestrange standing on the Black's property which makes him wonder if he is here for Bellatrix.
