(1/3) Exciting news! The work titled “Targeted KRASG12V Degradation in vivo Elicits Lung Adenocarcinoma Regression with Subsequent Relapse from Dysregulated Proteolysis” demonstrates that eliminating mutated #KRAS with #PROTACs induces rapid tumour regression in mouse models of lung adenocarcinoma.
