I love how they just gave me a temp password and replied like 'yea it looks like you were hacked don't worry we took em outback and shot them in the head, please reset your details once you're able to log in.'
Man since earlier today I've been checking all my accounts like a hawk trying to patch any holes in my security where possible. My head won't just accept that it's over and I've done everything I can, it's still in survival panic mode.
And with today I hope the hacker saga comes to a close
If you messaged me today and I didn't reply, I'm just very fucking tired trying to fix the whole hack thing. While I'm finally not super anxious anymore I still haven't heard back from steam and I really miss my games right now.
they don't manually read support tickets anymore? So what, those accounts are just lost now? Excellent customer support, asswipes.
EU and Ubisoft were compromised too and to make matters worse, EA is so drenched in AI I can't find a way to contact support. Ubisoft says they need to verify it's me by sending a link to my email but said email was changed by the hacker. I even provided what I think that email is but I guess
I hope now that my issues are resolved I can finally lock into Art Fight preparations, I gotta make that card!
