Did a double feature of the Arrow 4k EXCALIBUR followed up with MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL. Seemed like the right thing to do.
The Arrow 4k of EXCALIBUR is great.Everything is so shiny.
Devastated to hear about Tony Head. He was as much a father figure to Buffy fans as he was to Buffy herself. He had the voice of an angel and I sob every time I hear him sing the words "your stalwart, standing fast."
I loved him in everything -holy shit, his Frank-N-Furter- but he's Giles, forever.
Everyone's going to remember Anthony Head for Buffy, but shout out to his one time appearance in Doctor Who as an evil alien school headmaster who a) spent 45 minutes chewing scenery, b) still went toe-to-toe with the return of Lis Sladen, and c) delivered this incredible line with a straight face
We are devastated to learn of the passing of Anthony Head, endeared to fans around the world for his role as Rupert Giles on BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER the series. We send out deepest condolences to his friends, fans, and family.
