That the draft Code of Practice for Services, public functions and associations, a copy of which was laid before this House on 21 May, be disapproved.
4/ The Code is deliberately worded to give the impression that we may only offer trans-exclusive Ladies and Gents alongside a “third space” for trans people, rather than offering trans-inclusive Ladies and Gents alongside a “third space” for those demanding single-sex provision under Schedule 3.
