Trunk The "meat" space of things one can touch: the level of “contained consciousness,” where the “I” resides. Meditation, reflection, conversation helps me be the “I” in the here & now. Plus, 20 years of therapy also helped “me” try to be “here,” but my consciousness tends to shift up & down. 2/4
