I finally made some new art!
"The Porcelain Tyrant of Mount Anhtong"
I am not a fan of how "iconic" tigers look and am always looking for ways to make it look less tiger.
The full release of Omios Ures will feature:
- The Core Book
- Character Sheets (+ digital editable)
- Lodestar to Karamouska (setting booklet)
- The Thing in a Lead Box (starter adventure module)
- Otto Number 9 (starter adventure module)
- a small book of Encounters (booklet of miscellania)
Anyway, I have much more to say and I suppose I'll make a blog post speaking directly to aspiring creators, when I get the chance.
If you're a creative individual and you're not creating, you're killing yourself. Read: creating =/= working. Go create. Make your thing.
And honestly, I've been working seriously on this game since 2020. It has been an incredible endeavor. I have written and illustrated the entire thing. Hundreds of playtests. I am very proud of the result. I hope you will enjoy Omios Ures: it is very good and very unique.
And more: the ENTIRE digital release will remain pay-what-you-want, just as the early access is right now.
It's been my plan from the get-go that Omios Ures is as accessible as possible.
Anyway, I'm very excited and wish I could say more... but for now, stay tuned! :)
Big news coming for Omios Ures in July!
I'll be wrapping the material, including a new adventure module and a book of encounters – a short GM guide with plot hooks, magic items, tables and encounters to spice up your campaign.
...and I'm in talks for a physical release.
Watch this space!
I'm bringing this up to any would-be game designers out there. That's 6 years of work. Slow but steady, ups and downs. Still though, I never made Omios Ures thinking about money, or what others might think, and obviously: I never once touched a generative "tool" while developing this.
