I finished My Enemy, My Ally, by Diane Duane - 'tis a ST:TOS book focusing on dastardly doings by a faction of Romulans and another Romulan teaming up with the Enterprise to stop 'em. I've always liked the Romulans more than the Klingons (they should've been the reluctant allies in TNG) ...
