Selling off & opening up to privatisation 60% of NZ's conservation land is tragic. Tourism is one of NZ's biggest earners, and mining only gets us royalties of 2% while being on the hook for billions of clean up costs, while they suck our resources dry. Let alone our wildlife, ecosystems #nzpol
I think a lot about the fact that the countries I've lived in have not been on the receiving end of war in my lifetime. That is an incredible privilege based on the geographical accident of my birth. And that's it. An accident.
