awesome new pastime just dropped.
the next time (and there will be a next time, for sure, at this rate) this happens i'm not even sure i'll notice until days later. unless It Happens, of course.
luckily they're nonbinary and haven't yet had the need for HRT to meet their GAC needs. however they did need to get surgery, which our parents wouldn't pay for despite paying for my trip to the ER around the same time. interesting how life-saving care only matters if it's the "acceptable" kind.
my older sister has turner syndrome, which means she needs supplemental estrogen because her body doesn't produce enough of it naturally. my parents happily supplied her with life-saving HRT.
strangely, when my twin came out as trans, they were not so happy about the thought of giving them HRT.
every time i make a new oc my brain refuses to assign them a gender or sexuality so they wind up being ambiguously everything for a while
it really says something that this tactful, official skeet is how i found out about the gunshots at the white house and not through an onslaught of memeing from various posters. the public has been desensitized and the reaction is less and less with each new incident. like we really dgaf anymore.
