so many brilliant musicians who used to be able to make a living (against the odds) might not be able to going forward. it's all so stupid and tragic.
The Kennedy Center has not approved a budget for the NSO, officials say, alarming supporters and leaving the orchestra months behind planning the season it needs to earn revenue.
