It's confusing, but the SAVE America ACT is different from the SAVE Program. (Lots of saving going on, but in both cases the word is a misnomer.)
My problem with the White House thunderdome isn’t that it’s “vulgar,” or “tacky,” qualities I often enjoy & terms which are often crudely classist when used pejoratively. My problem, as always, is the fascism. Don’t get distracted by taste, which is deeply subjective; it’s the fascism.
This is wildly unacceptable to have implemented without a robust public process.
Our state Dem parties have absolutely failed us in the last decade and the national party has been fine to put in place GOP-lite congressional reps rather than organize on the ground to make the case for more liberal reps. Places like NH and ME are why we need the 50 state strategy.
