This has been my stance for while. As someone who is fortunate enough to work in multiple art forms Videogame BY FAR is the hardest to create.
You need be great at other forms of art just to be bad at making games.
Really loved @rasheedabueideh.bsky.social's philosphy on game development. He said "Making games is is blending art, tech, animation, and sound to evoke emotions"
