An office building at 181 Pleasance in Edinburgh’s Southside could be converted into a 23-suite aparthotel, with roof dormers and extensive internal alterations proposed. The change would bring more visitor accommodation to a mixed residential and commercial area close to Nicolson Street, South Bridge and Holyrood.
