I expect private equity ownership of law firms to happen—despite ethical hurdles—for the simple reason that there is too much money to be made for it not to happen.
Conversely, I would probably have more fun at a basketball game with my college buddies than with my lovely wife of 27 years. Doesn’t mean anything is wrong.
