Drawing regions of interest has been among our most-requested features, and a long time in the making. Building it on top of @napari.org was fun. Drawing and editing shapes is such a joy!

Woohoo, copick is out! Access to massive amounts of CryoET data, MCP for agentic, plus a @napari.org interface! We even used it when hosting the CZII CryoET Kaggle competition: www.kaggle.com/competitions... when we needed to support a large collaborative annotation event with humans + ML models.

I'm happy to present our new tool, EpiCure, a napari plugin to ease correction of segmentation and tracking of epithelia movies, developed in @devstempasteur.bsky.social

I used @napari.org (specifically the animation tool originally by @guiwitz.bsky.social) to project the time series into the Z dimension and cellpose (@computingnature.bsky.social) to segment the cells, I can send you a code template if you'd like?

Friday fun with: pyapp-kit.github.io/ndv/latest/ pymmcore-plus.github.io/ome-writers/ github.com/zeiss-micros... - run an acquisition in ZEN - capture the pixel stream via ZEN API - write it directly to an OME-ZARR using ome-writers - display it in the NDV viewer. Also works with @napari.org 😉

Since @napari.org just released 0.7.0 I also checked if my to little plugins still work and released new versions with some small updates. pypi.org/project/napa... pypi.org/project/napa...
