Always use ours when cooking. Cooking causes significant indoor air pollution, even with electric ranges.

I heard some people stopped using HEPA filters they purchased in response to the Covid-19 pandemic or forest fire smoke. I use my year-round. They constantly collect large amounts of dust and help with allergies. I also write the installation date onto the HEPA filter so I know when to change them.
