Riley OβNeill was an incredible public servant who made our city a safer, more sustainable place.
He was a valued colleague who's work touched communities across Chicago.
My condolences to Rileyβs family, friends, and those at CDOT who worked alongside him. Chicago is grateful for his service.

A look at the proposed BUILD America 250 Act: while it continues existing formula programs, it does not adequately address the significant infrastructure funding gaps for cities & transit agencies. Congress still has some time to refine this legislation to truly support local communities.
