A few thoughts:
1. Having a big 'I' on your flag is not good.
2. The Lincoln facing IL flag leaves a big negative space.
3. I like the one with corn and the gears - that's IL.
4. #200 looks like the NK flag.

Ok, this is grimly hilarious, since I can't imagine the US can stand for this. "We agreed not to charge tolls. But we never said anything about fees." All proceeds go to funding regional instability.
