Is it just me or are there less joyful celebrations in life? Like, Christmas doesn't feel festive anymore and Mother's Day doesn't seem loving anymore and whatnot. It all feels perfunctory and transactional. Maybe it's just me?

There are so many different ways to laugh, why would someone do just one

I often have something to post, but by the time I open this up to post it, I've been distracted three times and I've forgotten what it was. #ADHD

it feels like I go thru time with either absolutely nothing happening or way too much happening, and I'm trying to find a more balanced rhythm

I forget I've moved to live on a marshland and when I walk outside the air is so humid it makes me instantly damp.

There are so many things I want to sit down and do. But the moment mentally focus up on doing one of the things, I immediately feel hollowed out, energy evaporates, and my existence becomes to heavy to move :(

I dislike that socialization is behind a paywall. Capitalism putting a price on community destroys the spirit of community connection.

That moment when I had taken notes and cleverly used symbols to help short-hand things, only to now be looking at these notes and have no idea what the symbols are supposed to mean.
