If the war isn't over in the next month or so, the Republicans could face a monumental blue wave in the fall. It might be impossible to prevent it regardless but the extent of the wave can only grow. Think 2008 instead of 2006.

This isn't going to work. The Democratic number is too low. The generic Dem number really needs to be at 47 for the Dems to have a realistic chance at a shock in Texas.

The end of June is when the US strategic preserve is supposed to run out as well as all the ships that would have started to make its journey from the Middle East to wherever. Experts say that is when the price of gasoline will really start to skyrocket. Keep an eye on this.
