“Unlike the Titanic, the Colorado River has too little water rather than too much.” Ok, that’s a good line. And lots of other sane commentary about the enduring challenges tied to the Colorado River and its water.
If you have a straw and I have a straw and Big Ag has a straw, pretty soon there won't be any water. Any other fix for the Colorado River is insufficient until we figure out how to use less of a dwindling resource
