Incredible that they chose this block of W. 3rd St for the lead photo, which has THREE lanes of parking to one lane of car traffic.
The reason there are 3 is because one of those lanes is actually a pedestrian cut out that is 100% illegal to park in but NYPD has fully abdicated enforcement so....
