Countdown: MAGA DOJ has three days left to respond to “fraud on the court” charge.
If they did that, there can be sanctions in the case, bar discipline, even criminal referrals for perjury, fraud, obstruction.
They’ll need to step carefully!

Countdown: this Friday, the MAGA DOJ has to respond under oath to a federal court concern that DOJ slush fund lawyers committed a “fraud on the court.”
I’ve never heard of senior DOJ folks ever accused of such a thing.
